Angel HQ is a sociable and supportive club that aims to help members to help companies. The club provides opportunities for professional development, involvement in start-up and early stage companies and early stage investment – because we reckon that first in is best dressed.
Angel HQ club events
There tends to be at least one event a month during the year.
This is our key event that happens once a year – it’s the big pitch night where you’ll get the first opportunity to investment in the most promising early stage opportunities.
There are four investment nights per year where club members see pitches from companies. These are our flagship events where you can meet the entrepreneurs, ask all the questions you need to, as well as meet and mingle with other club members.
There are six club nights per year where we get together in an informal setting to discuss upcoming events, club matters, listen to a guest speaker, socialise and generally view an investment opportunity.
These events are for experienced Angels, who are investor/directors. They are the deal leaders and on the boards of their investments. These lunches are designed to help ventures and there are around four per year.
Club members have access to investment pitches that are run by our partner organisations Creative HQ and Lightning Lab.
